Real estate is such a passion for me that working hardly feels like work at all. Sure, there are times when emotions run high but overall my career as a real estate professional is the perfect fit for me. No two transactions are ever the same, it never get’s boring and every deal is a new experience. Helping people and acting in their best interest at all times comes very naturally to me and it has been the secret to my success.

Today I co-own Erik Mehr and Associates.  Although I’m a business owner, I still love helping people buy and sell homes.  I feel that my negotiation skills are a cut above the rest and my contract knowledge is what sets me apart from a lot of other agents.

In 2021 I sold 80 homes totaling over 100 million in sales volume. My specialty is pretty broad and I’ve sold everything from small condo’s to luxury homes and everything in between.  I have a keen eye for marketing, design, photography and investing.  I’ve sold land, new construction projects, done many relocation deals & even implemented a commercial division within our brokerage.  The best thing about having a career in real estate is that there’s no limit on what you can learn and achieve.  You have to just be willing to try.
